James Wanjiru was born and raised in Korogocho informal settlement, he is a proud member of Master’s men Africa since 2010.

He has got positive energy to transform his community through the leadership skills he has acquired. He is a role model to most young people in his community and also a good community mobilizer.

He also run a community organization for children with disability, also sits in as board of management at Gakurwe Girls High School Murang’a County. He is a committee member of Murang’a County Education Forum and also he has initiated various projects in his community.

He being former street boy in the streets of Nairobi, he interacts very well with streets family and men in the streets and those still in drug abuse addiction.
